Wood-Fired Pizza, Brought to Your Backyard

New Jersey has some of the best backyards on the East Coast. Whether you're hosting in a Montclair colonial, a Hoboken rooftop, a shore house down in Monmouth County, or a sprawling Bergen County home, ChefLon brings the full setup: fresh sourdough dough, a fired-up Ooni, and enough gourmet pizza to make the whole neighborhood jealous.

This isn't catering. Lonny shows up, sets up the oven, and becomes the entertainment.

He'll stretch dough in front of your guests, fire pie after pie, and riff on the menu based on the vibe of the night. The whole thing runs like a cross between a cooking show and the best dinner party you've ever thrown. No two parties are the same — that's the whole point.

New Jersey is close. The $150 travel surcharge covers all of it — from Hoboken and Jersey City right across the Hudson, through Bergen and Morris counties, down to Princeton and the Shore. If you can get there in a car, Lonny can cook there.

New Jersey FAQ

Absolutely. New Jersey is one of Lonny's most frequent destinations — Bergen County, Hudson County, the Shore, Hoboken, Jersey City, Princeton, and everywhere in between. A flat $150 travel surcharge covers any NJ location.

Bergen County, Hudson County (including Hoboken and Jersey City), Morris County, Monmouth County and the Jersey Shore, and the Princeton area. If it's in New Jersey and reachable within a couple of hours, Lonny's in.

It's a flat $150 added to your event total — not per person, just one flat fee. It covers Lonny's travel regardless of which county you're in. From Hoboken to the Shore, it's the same rate.

Lonny brings his Ooni pizza oven, peels, prep gear, and all the ingredients. He can set up in a backyard, driveway, patio, or indoors with adequate kitchen space. Just a clear area to set up, an electrical outlet, and a working sink — he handles everything else.

Summer weekends fill up fast, especially along the Jersey Shore and in Bergen County. For summer dates, book at least 4–6 weeks out. Holiday weekends (July 4th, Labor Day) go even quicker. Off-season and weekday dates are usually more flexible — reach out anytime.
